It was attended, apart from Russian scientists from Britain, the Netherlands, the United States, the Czech Republic, Ukraine and other countries. Presentations at the conference reflected a growing interest in the evolutionary economic theory in Russia. They clearly suggest the rejection of neoclassical theory, as well as skepticism about the strategy of a shock therapy…”
